Oncology nutrition support for women with breast and gynae cancer, through chemotherapy, hormonal therapy, and beyond.
Hi, I'm Lydia
I'm an Accredited Practising Dietitian with clinical experience across oncology, haematology, aged care, and rehabilitation. My oncology nutrition work began at Box Hill Hospital and Maroondah Hospital, where I worked with cancer and haematology patients in both inpatient and day oncology settings across two years.
That clinical background is the foundation of everything I do at Nourish Through Cancer.
This is for you if you are a woman with breast or gynaecological cancer currently going through chemotherapy, hormonal therapy such as tamoxifen or aromatase inhibitors, or navigating nutrition after active treatment ends.
12-week program to help women with breast and gynae cancer eat with confidence and maintain strength during chemotherapy.
A personalised nutrition program designed to help you stay strong, nourished, and supported through cancer treatment.
This is a practical guide for women going through chemotherapy who are struggling with metallic, bitter, bland, or strange-tasting food.
Inside, you’ll learn why taste changes happen and what you can do, with simple, realistic strategies organised by the exact problem you’re facing.
Most women on hormonal therapy are told to eat well and stay active, with no guidance on what tamoxifen or aromatase inhibitors are actually doing to their metabolism, muscle, and bones.
This is a free resource designed to change that. It's built specifically around the metabolic changes hormonal therapy causes, including increased protein needs for muscle preservation, targeted foods for bone density support, and a practical approach to weight changes that works with your body.
